Fat: 24.09g | Prot: 136.52g | Carb: 130.31g.   Breakfast:  Skim or Nonfat Milk (0.5% or Less Butterfat), Blackberries , Strawberries , Pure Premium 100% Pure & Natural Orange Juice (No Pulp), Whey ISO Burst, Cereal, greek yogurt. Lunch:  Steady Eddie Bread, ham. Dinner:  Spinach (Chopped or Leaf, Frozen), rasp, strip loin.
