Fat: 134.05g | Prot: 127.17g | Carb: 101.71g.   Breakfast:  egg, Kraft Singles American Cheese. Lunch:  Ground Turkey, iceberg lettuce, Shredded Cheddar, Great Value Sour Cream. Dinner:  Great Value Bratwurst. Snacks/Other:  Miller Lite , Atkins Chocolate Chip Granola Bar, Crown Royal, Peanut Butter Cup Pie.
