Fat: 74.42g | Prot: 97.07g | Carb: 268.92g.   Breakfast:  Almond Breeze Coconut Milk, Coffee, Granulated Splenda, Organic Scottish Oatmeal, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup. Lunch:  APPLE GALA 3# BAG, Cheddar Jack (fancy shredded), Cooked Spaghetti Squash, Diced Petite Tomatoes, Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage. Dinner:  California Avocados, Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Classic Iceberg Salad, Organic Whole Wheat Pasta, pear gorgonzola, Portabella Mushrooms, Sweet Red Peppers, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla (Yoplait), Cashew Nuts, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Margarine), Granola, Spice Cake, Thin Mint Cookies, Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries.
