Fat: 74.42g | Prot: 97.07g | Carb: 268.92g.   Breakfast:  Coffee, Sugar Free Vanilla Syrup, Granulated Splenda, Organic Scottish Oatmeal, Almond Breeze Coconut Milk. Lunch:  APPLE GALA 3# BAG, Cheddar Jack (fancy shredded), Sweet Italian Turkey Sausage, Diced Petite Tomatoes, Cooked Spaghetti Squash. Dinner:  Chicken Breast (Skin Not Eaten), Organic Whole Wheat Pasta, Zucchini, Portabella Mushrooms, pear gorgonzola, California Avocados, Classic Iceberg Salad, Sweet Red Peppers. Snacks/Other:  Cashew Nuts, Thin Mint Cookies, Spice Cake, Chocolate Chip Cookies (with Margarine), Unsweetened Frozen Strawberries, Granola, 0% Fat Greek Yogurt - Honey Vanilla (Yoplait).
