Fat: 71.25g | Prot: 117.55g | Carb: 306.19g.   Breakfast:  Coffee Creamer, Liqueur with Cream, Oikos Traditional Greek Yogurt - Key Lime, Organic Brown Flaxseeds, Skim Plus, Strawberries . Lunch:  balance bar bare, nectarine, oikos. Dinner:  Breaded Chicken Breast Tenderloins, Honey Barbecue Sauce, Velveeta Shells & Cheese (Original). Snacks/Other:  Milk Chocolate (Fun Size), Rice Krispies (Family Size), Right Bites Dark Chocolate Mini Fudge Stripes.
