Fat: 80.64g | Prot: 128.02g | Carb: 150.02g.   Breakfast:  Chicken Sausage, Corn and Canola Oil, Flour Tortilla, Spinach. Lunch:  light swiss, Pork and Chicken Gyoza Dumplings, tomato, tortilla, Yellow Sweet Corn (Kernels On Cob, Without Salt, Frozen, Drained, Cooked, Boiled). Dinner:  beef tenderloin, butter, canola oil, cauliflower, haricot verts, red wine, sour ceam. Snacks/Other:  tasti d-lite , tendon, white rice.
