Fat: 82.73g | Prot: 84.23g | Carb: 310.66g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Milk (Nonfat), Muffins Old Fashioned Instant Oatmeal - Blueberry. Lunch:  Cheddar Cheese, Cinnamon Sugar Bagel Chicago Style, Country Style Pork Sausage, Scrambled Egg. Dinner:  Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Crab Cake, Crackers, Goats Cheese (Soft), Meatless Quesadilla with Cheese, Red Table Wine, Rum. Snacks/Other:  Dried Mango, dried young coconut, Energy Gel, Skinny Caramel Latte (Tall).
