Fat: 82.73g | Prot: 84.23g | Carb: 310.66g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Muffins Old Fashioned Instant Oatmeal - Blueberry. Lunch:  Cinnamon Sugar Bagel Chicago Style, Country Style Pork Sausage, Scrambled Egg, Cheddar Cheese. Dinner:  Meatless Quesadilla with Cheese, Crab Cake, Crackers, Goats Cheese (Soft), Cheddar Cheese, Red Table Wine, Rum, Butter. Snacks/Other:  Energy Gel, Skinny Caramel Latte (Tall), Dried Mango, dried young coconut.
