Dinner:  Meat Loaf Made with Beef, Scalloped Potatoes, Artisanal Salads - Wild Rocket Zest. Snacks/Other:  dried young coconut, Truffles, Baked Rice and Corn Puffs - Aged White Cheddar, Stonemill artichoke & jalapeño dip.
