Fat: 51.56g | Prot: 84.58g | Carb: 144.80g.   Breakfast:  low fat wheat bread aunt millies, watermelon. Lunch:  albacore tuna, Flour Tortilla, reduced fat ranch dressing, salad, spinach. Dinner:  chicken breast, green pepper, hummus sabra, light string cheese sargento, tortilla. Snacks/Other:  Movie Theater Popcorn (Small), reduced fat soft serve ice cream.
