Fat: 23.89g | Prot: 59.87g | Carb: 209.14g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Milk (Nonfat), YOPLAIT VERY CHERRY YOGURT, stevia, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee. Lunch:  ROMAINE LETTUCE, SWEET RED PEPPER, fettucini alfredo healthy choice, grape tomatoes. Dinner:  rosarita zesty salsa refried beans, Green Chile Sauce with Chicken, 2% Mexican Cheddar Jack, baked tostitos, salsa. Snacks/Other:  carrots, healthy choice frozen yogurt.
