Fat: 18.91g | Prot: 46.97g | Carb: 198.78g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Milk (Nonfat), YOPLAIT VERY CHERRY YOGURT, stevia, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee. Lunch:  tortellini, kroger spaghetti sauce, ROMAINE LETTUCE, ROMA TOMATO, SWEET RED PEPPER. Dinner:  portabella spinach parmesan, asparagus, butter. Snacks/Other:  carrots, Pretzel twists kroger.
