Fat: 20.41g | Prot: 82.52g | Carb: 202.43g.   Breakfast:  100% Liquid Egg Whites, country style hash browns, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee, Milk (Nonfat), sargento 2% mexican cheese, stevia, YOPLAIT VERY CHERRY YOGURT. Lunch:  baby carrots, ROMA TOMATO, ROMAINE LETTUCE, SWEET RED PEPPER. Dinner:  Green Chile Sauce with Chicken, kraft fat free cheese, lettuce, rosarita zesty salsa refried beans, tomato, TOSTADA SHELLS. Snacks/Other:  Gardettos.
