Fat: 26.81g | Prot: 66.13g | Carb: 218.42g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Milk (Nonfat), YOPLAIT VERY CHERRY YOGURT, stevia, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee. Lunch:  mozzarella cheese, canned mushrooms, ziti, kroger spaghetti sauce. Dinner:  MORNING STAR FARMS GRILLER, VLASSIC OVALS, KROGER HAMBURER BUN, HEINZ KETCHUP, 2% american cheese slice kroger, romaine lettuce, cherry tomato, cucumber, sweet red pepper. Snacks/Other:  reduced fat club crackers.
