Fat: 64.88g | Prot: 73.63g | Carb: 241.59g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Milk (Nonfat), YOPLAIT VERY CHERRY YOGURT, stevia, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee. Lunch:  carls jr turkey burger, carls jr small fries. Dinner:  mozzarella cheese, ziti, kroger spaghetti sauce, texas toast. Snacks/Other:  apple.
