Fat: 29.50g | Prot: 61.20g | Carb: 258.71g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), YOPLAIT VERY CHERRY YOGURT, stevia, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee, kroger home style hash browns. Lunch:  flour tortilla, 2% Mexican Cheddar Jack, stokes chicken green chile. Dinner:  rosarita zesty salsa refried beans, Green Chile Sauce with Chicken, Tortilla, 2% Mexican Cheddar Jack. Snacks/Other:  strawberries, carrots, bugles, Act II fat free popcorn, berry colossal crunch.
