Fat: 23.92g | Prot: 61.90g | Carb: 263.49g.   Breakfast:  Instant Oatmeal - Apples & Cinnamon, Milk (Nonfat), YOPLAIT VERY CHERRY YOGURT, stevia, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee. Lunch:  sweet red pepper, Cos or Romaine Lettuce, cherry tomatoes, sesame chicken healthy choice . Dinner:  Pocket Thins, fat free mozzarella, part skim mozzarella, black olives, mushrooms. Snacks/Other:  reduced fat club crackers, strawberries, carrots, Pretzel twists kroger, oat and chocolate fiber one bar.
