Fat: 17.21g | Prot: 74.79g | Carb: 178.50g.   Breakfast:  egg whites, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee, green chile with chicken, Milk (Nonfat), mr. dells, sargento 2% mexican cheese, stevia, tortilla. Dinner:  fat free mozzarella, spaghetti, texas toast. Snacks/Other:  Pretzel twists kroger.
