Fat: 49.64g | Prot: 53.13g | Carb: 186.27g.   Breakfast:  Milk (Nonfat), stevia, Flavors French Vanilla Ground Coffee, 12" Hand Tossed Cheese Pizza. Dinner:  mashed potatoes, turkey, gravy, green beans, carrots, black olives, celery, dinner roll, dill pickle spears. Snacks/Other:  sugar cookie, butterscotch chips, chow mein noodles, peanuts, chex mix.
