Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 62.39g | Carb: 187.27g.   Breakfast:  Nutri-Grain Mixed Berry Cereal Bar, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Low Calorie Sweetener, Low Calorie Sweetener. Lunch:  Sichuan From The Sea - Shrimp, Chicken Egg Roll, Sweet and Sour Sauce, Pork Shu Mai. Dinner:  Healthy Multi-Grain Bread, Grape Jelly, Creamy Peanut Butter, Tomatoes, Lettuce, Lite Ranch Dressing, Celery, Egg White. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Apricots, Plums, Whiskey, 1% Fat Milk, Original Sunflower Seeds, Grapes, Dill Cucumber Pickles.
