Fat: 53.95g | Prot: 62.39g | Carb: 187.27g.   Breakfast:  French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, French Vanilla Liquid Coffee Creamer, Low Calorie Sweetener, Low Calorie Sweetener, Nutri-Grain Mixed Berry Cereal Bar. Lunch:  Chicken Egg Roll, Pork Shu Mai, Sichuan From The Sea - Shrimp, Sweet and Sour Sauce. Dinner:  Celery, Creamy Peanut Butter, Egg White, Grape Jelly, Healthy Multi-Grain Bread, Lettuce, Lite Ranch Dressing, Tomatoes. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Apricots, Bananas, Dill Cucumber Pickles, Grapes, Original Sunflower Seeds, Plums, Whiskey.
