Fat: 117.25g | Prot: 92.65g | Carb: 169.29g.   Breakfast:  Farm Favorite Omelet, Coffee, Coffee or Table Cream (Light), Sugar Packet, Toasted Whole Wheat Bread. Lunch:  Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing, Green Snap Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Zesty Italian Dressing, Sugar Cookies (with Margarine), Tea (Lemon Flavored, Without Added Ascorbic Acid, Instant Powder, Sweetened with Sugar). Dinner:  Quarter Pounder with Cheese, French Fries (Small). Snacks/Other:  Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips.
