Lunch:  Green Snap Beans, Lettuce Salad with Assorted Vegetables, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Thigh, Roasted Broiled or Baked Chicken Wing, Sugar Cookies (with Margarine), Tea (Lemon Flavored, Without Added Ascorbic Acid, Instant Powder, Sweetened with Sugar), Zesty Italian Dressing. Dinner:  French Fries (Small), Quarter Pounder with Cheese. Snacks/Other:  Sour Cream and Onion Flavor Potato Chips.
