Fat: 107.19g | Prot: 96.08g | Carb: 380.32g.   Breakfast:  banana, light cream, milk, trader joe's shredded wheat, white cheddar popcorn. Lunch:  dirty chips sour cream, hummus, lettuce, tomato, tuna salad, whole wheat pita. Dinner:  caesar salad, crab cake, roll, squash ravioli, steak fries potato. Snacks/Other:  apple, dunkin donuts munchkin, gummy bears.
