Fat: 108.49g | Prot: 83.20g | Carb: 369.74g.   Breakfast:  almond milk friendly farms, Baked Oatmeal, bagel, cream cheese, lemon poppy seed muffin. Lunch:  pickle, banana, red leaf lettuce, whole wheat tortilla wegmans, Tofu Curry Salad (150 g). Dinner:  burger king italian chicken, burger king fries. Snacks/Other:  Sweet Goan Curry Crackers, half and half, hot cocoa swiss miss, welch's fruit snacks, FoodShouldTasteGood Cheddar Tortilla Chips, minneola, Milk Hazlenut.
