Lunch:  Butter, Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Hash Brown (from Frozen), Onions, Orange Juice, Sliced Ham (Regular, Approx. 11% Fat), Tomatoes. Dinner:  Lonely Mountain Treasure, The Ring Burger. Snacks/Other:  Peanut Butter M&M's.
