Lunch:  Dry or Hard Salami, Iceberg Lettuce (Includes Crisphead Types), Mayonnaise, Onion & Garlic Potato Chips, Parmesan Cheese (Grated), Pickles, Tomatoes, Whole Wheat Bread. Dinner:  Butter or Sugar Cookie, Rising Crust Pizza - Italian Sausage. Snacks/Other:  Cheddar Cheese, Peanut Butter M&M's, Simple Pleasures.
