Fat: 131.34g | Prot: 129.09g | Carb: 272.40g.   Breakfast:  Egg, Everyday Turkey Bacon, lemon juice, whole wheat bread. Lunch:  Almond Basil Pesto, barilla shells, carrot, ground beef 90%, olive oil, onion. Dinner:  sonic chicken, sonic tater tots. Snacks/Other:  Crunchy Granola Bars - Peanut Butter, turkey sausage snack sticks, vegetable chips clancy's.
