Fat: 47.36g | Prot: 60.47g | Carb: 59.77g.   Breakfast:  Golden Delicious Apples, Jell-O Sugar Free Cherry, low carb pumpkin muffin. Lunch:  Mexican soup. Dinner:  Asparagus, Cilantro, Cumin, Green Peppers, Onions, Salsa, Skinless Chicken Breast, Sour Cream. Snacks/Other:  No sugar added butter pecan icecream.
