Fat: 44.72g | Prot: 108.61g | Carb: 160.04g.   Breakfast:  Carb Master Vanilla Yogurt, GOLEAN Original Cereal, Granny Smith Apples. Lunch:  Broccoli, Tuna Helper - Classic Creamy Broccoli. Dinner:  Baked or Broiled Lobster, Baked or Broiled Shrimp, Creamy Tomato Alfredo Sauce, Noodles (Fat Not Added in Cooking). Snacks/Other:  Carrots, Turkey Jerky.
