Fat: 47.13g | Prot: 60.01g | Carb: 428.69g.   Breakfast:  Grapefruit (Pink and Red), Bananas, water. Lunch:  mango, mulberries. Dinner:  Asian pear, Sweet Potato, Zucchini, spinach, tomato sauce. Snacks/Other:  Red Delicious Apples, Coffee, almond milk, Organic Whole Grain Quinoa, veganaise, red pepper soup, Cashew Nuts, cabbage salad, spicy black bean soup.
