Fat: 108.69g | Prot: 88.38g | Carb: 165.22g.   Breakfast:  cheese, Dinner Rolls. Lunch:  beef, coleslaw, lettuce salad, onion, tomato. Dinner:  cheese, ham, mayo, pork pie, roll, sausage roll, tomato. Snacks/Other:  butter, crisps, fruit loaf.
