Fat: 50.35g | Prot: 207.35g | Carb: 122.03g.   Breakfast:  Egg White, Egg, Absolutely Zero, Milled Flax Seed, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Cinnamon. Lunch:  Sugar Free Sweet Relish, Tuna in Water (Canned), Krema Natural Creamy Pnut Butter. Dinner:  Tilapia (Fish), Mixed Salad Greens, Canned Asparagus. Snacks/Other:  cinnamon swirl bars, Egg White, cookies and cream UMP protein powder, Bananas, Walnuts.
