Fat: 50.35g | Prot: 207.35g | Carb: 122.03g.   Breakfast:  Absolutely Zero, Cinnamon, Egg, Egg White, Milled Flax Seed, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes). Lunch:  Krema Natural Creamy Pnut Butter, Sugar Free Sweet Relish, Tuna in Water (Canned). Dinner:  Canned Asparagus, Mixed Salad Greens, Tilapia (Fish). Snacks/Other:  Bananas, cinnamon swirl bars, cookies and cream UMP protein powder, Egg White, Walnuts.
