Fat: 27.51g | Prot: 57.86g | Carb: 97.58g.   Breakfast:  Seasonal Fresh Fruit Salad, Special K cereal. Lunch:  carrot sticks, corn beef, whole weat bread. Dinner:  fresh fruit salad, meatballs and mashed patotoes. Snacks/Other:  popcorn.
