Fat: 89.09g | Prot: 115.99g | Carb: 290.68g.   Breakfast:  Hodgson Mill Milled Flax Seed, Trader Joe's 4% Cottage Cheese, Dannon Oikos Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Almonds, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen), Oatmeal. Lunch:  Nectarines, Subway 6" Turkey Breast & Black Forest Ham, Subway Pepperjack Cheese. Dinner:  14" Original Crust Pizza - Pepperoni, Cool Ranch Tortilla Chips, Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 2% Milkfat), Light Multi-Grain English Muffin, Omega Buttery Spread, Weight Watchers Strawberry Smoothie Frozen Yogurt Bar, Spaghetti, Beef Meatballs, Mozzarella Cheese (Whole Milk), Spaghetti/Marinara Pasta Sauce. Snacks/Other:  Subway 6" Turkey Breast & Black Forest Ham, Subway Pepperjack Cheese, Apples, Sour Cream Pudding Cake.
