Lunch:  Almonds, Blueberries, Cocoa Powder, Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Honey, Milled Flax Seed, Skim Milk Powder. Dinner:  Avocados, Baby Spinach, Black Beans, Celery, Chicken Stock, Cooked Celery, Garlic, Hot Chili Pepper, Olive Oil, Onions, Pinot Noir Wine, Skinless Chicken Breast, Tomatoes, Zucchini. Snacks/Other:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Healthy Goodness Fiber for Light Whole Grain Bread, Light Thousand Island Dressing, Reduced Fat 2% Milk Sliced Provolone Cheese, Spinach.
