Fat: 42.96g | Prot: 105.14g | Carb: 141.30g.   Breakfast:  Peanut Butter, Honey, Skim Milk Powder, Flaxseed Meal, Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Blueberries (Unsweetened, Frozen). Lunch:  Cocoa Powder, Milled Flax Seed, Blueberries, Almonds, Honey, Skim Milk Powder, Coconut Milk Unsweetened, Greek Nonfat Yogurt - Plain. Dinner:  Tomatoes, Hot Chili Pepper, Cooked Celery, Olive Oil, Chicken Stock, Garlic, Onions, Zucchini, Black Beans, Skinless Chicken Breast, Celery, Pinot Noir Wine, Baby Spinach, Avocados. Snacks/Other:  Deli Turkey or Chicken Breast Meat, Spinach, Light Thousand Island Dressing, Reduced Fat 2% Milk Sliced Provolone Cheese, Healthy Goodness Fiber for Light Whole Grain Bread.
