Lunch: blackberries, Bread, Egg Frittata, peanuts, Quinoa Salad, Sour cream coffee Cake, Strawberries. Dinner: cooked tuna, flour tortillas, Healthy Choice Premium Fudge Bar, Spinach Salad.
