Fat: 59.11g | Prot: 112.88g | Carb: 238.59g.   Breakfast:  large coffee half and half and sugar, oatmeal, quinoa with oatmeal. Lunch:  chicken wings, Whey Protein Smoothie with berries. Dinner:  chicken wings, Coors Light Beer, Corona beer, Dannon Greek Yougurt, General Mills Honey Wheat Cheerios, skim milk.
