Fat: 63.59g | Prot: 59.96g | Carb: 102.60g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream (Half & Half), Trader Joe's Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain. Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Peanuts in Shell (Shell Not Eaten). Dinner:  Coca-Cola Diet Coke, In-N-Out Double-Double Protein Style, In-N-Out French Fries.
