Fat: 71.11g | Prot: 94.65g | Carb: 201.67g.   Breakfast:  Blueberries, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds, Decaffeinated), Cream (Half & Half), Greek Style Nonfat Yogurt - Plain, Honey Bun. Lunch:  Baked or Broiled Salmon, Cooked Cauliflower (Fat Not Added in Cooking), D'Anjou Pears, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Garlic, Parmesan Cheese (Shredded). Dinner:  cabbage, carrots, corned beef, Mediterranean Salad - ETL, parsnips, Stop & Shop New Red Potatoes, Tangerines (Mandarin Oranges). Snacks/Other:  Reese's Reese's Pieces (Fun Size).
