Fat: 86.45g | Prot: 148.35g | Carb: 197.06g.   Breakfast:  Chobani Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt, pear, Polaner All Fruit with Fiber, turkey breast meat. Lunch:  chicken salad, mayonnaise, molasses cookie **, multigrain bread **, potato chips. Dinner:  cheese, ground turkey, Ortega Whole Grain Corn Taco Kit **. Snacks/Other:  craft ale, whiskey.
