Fat: 12.41g | Prot: 101.85g | Carb: 262.15g.   Breakfast:  Red Raspberries, Organic Whole Grain Extra Thick Rolled Oats, Organic Almond Lowfat Vanilla Beverage, 100% Whey Protein: Vanilla. Lunch:  Grapes, Peaches, Romaine, Red Tomatoes, Cucumber (with Peel), 100% Natural Chicken Tenderloins, Honeydew Melon, Light Italian Dressing. Dinner:  Potatoes (Flesh, with Salt, Boiled), Ahi Tuna Steaks. Snacks/Other:  Bananas, Organic Lowfat Vanilla Yogurt, Peaches, Popsicle, A&W Diet Root Beer (64 oz).
