Fat: 72.37g | Prot: 75.19g | Carb: 202.91g.   Breakfast:  avacado, Cinnamon , Fiber Supplement, Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) , Shelled Hemp Seed, Townsend Farms Triple Berry Blend Frozen Berries, turnip greens, yogurt vanilla chobani. Lunch:  avacado, pizza, Shelled Hemp Seed, Townsend Farms Triple Berry Blend Frozen Berries, turnip greens, yogurt vanilla chobani. Dinner:  Mac N' Cheese, Syrah Wine. Snacks/Other:  1% Fat Milk, Graham Crackers, Hazelnut Spread, Honey Nut Chex.
