Fat: 98.57g | Prot: 95.32g | Carb: 187.66g.   Breakfast:  1% Fat Milk, 100% Maple Syrup, Cinnamon , Fiber Supplement, Organic Coconut Oil, Quick Oatmeal (1 or 3 Minutes), Scrambled Egg (Whole, Cooked) . Lunch:  Clementines, Kale Chips (homemade), Rotisserie Chicken. Dinner:  cheeseburger, cupcake, onion rings. Snacks/Other:  Caramel DeLights, Club Soda , Gin, white wine.
