Lunch: avacado, Fiber Supplement, grape tomato, Kale Chips (homemade), Shelled Hemp Seed, Townsend Farms Triple Berry Blend Frozen Berries, turnip greens, vanilla yogurt chobani, whey protein. Dinner: Beef and Pork Meatballs, Bell Peppers, CREAMETTE ROTELLE, Mixed Salad Greens, Roasted Red Pepper Alfredo Sauce (Classico), Vinegar & Olive Oil (home). Snacks/Other: Cashew Cranberry Almond Blend, chocolate milk oberweis.
