Fat: 18.59g | Prot: 101.07g | Carb: 157.90g.   Breakfast:  Oikos Greek Nonfat Plain Yogurt, Extra Raisin Raisin Bran, Banana (half). Lunch:  2% Fat Milk, Lettuce, Carrots, Banana Peppers, Grape Tomatoes, 98% Fat Free DeliFresh Smoked Turkey Breast, 45 Calories and Delightful 100% Whole Wheat with Honey, Celery. Dinner:  Green Beans, Tilapia (steamed), Romaine Lettuce (3oz), Classic Extra Virgin Olive Oil Balsamic Vinaigrette, Grape Tomatoes, Egg White, Spreadable Regular Soft Margarine (1 tsp), E's Bohemian Black Bread, Broccoli. Snacks/Other:  VLCD - Chocolate, Strawberries.
