Fat: 94.35g | Prot: 77.89g | Carb: 194.83g.   Breakfast:  Pork, eggs, Red Salsa, Cheddar Cheese, oil, bread, Butter, jam. Lunch:  Fuji Apples, Fiber One Chewy Bars - Oats & Chocolate. Dinner:  Stop & Shop Corn on the Cob, Chicken Thigh (Skin Not Eaten). Snacks/Other:  Rum, Red Table Wine, Ghirardelli Chocolate Squares, Nature Valley Crunchy Granola Bars - Oats 'N Honey.
