Lunch:  kale, 365 Fat Free Organic Milk, spinach, onion, mushrooms, italian pork sausage, clementine, lean ground beef, Quick Cooking Oats, ketchup, Weight Watchers Light String, White Flour. Dinner:  Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Thin Rice Noodles, Egg Beaters - Original, Egg, Soy Sauce (Shoyu) (Low Sodium), Amaretto, Vanilla Vodka, Sugar, Brown Sugar, Cilantro, Roasted & Salted Peanuts (50% Less Salt), Fresh Lime Juice. Snacks/Other:  Premium Saltine Crackers Fat Free, Weight Watchers Light String, Multigrain Cheerios, Toasted Oats Whole Grain Oat Cereal, Organic Fat Free Milk.
