Lunch:  365 Fat Free Organic Milk, clementine, italian pork sausage, kale, ketchup, lean ground beef, mushrooms, onion, Quick Cooking Oats, spinach, Weight Watchers Light String, White Flour. Dinner:  Amaretto, Brown Sugar, Cilantro, Egg, Egg Beaters - Original, Fresh Lime Juice, Roasted & Salted Peanuts (50% Less Salt), Soy Sauce (Shoyu) (Low Sodium), Soybeans (Mature Seeds, Steamed, Cooked), Sugar, Thin Rice Noodles, Vanilla Vodka. Snacks/Other:  Multigrain Cheerios, Organic Fat Free Milk, Premium Saltine Crackers Fat Free, Toasted Oats Whole Grain Oat Cereal, Weight Watchers Light String.
