Lunch:  2X Compliments Black Forest Ham Slices, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds), Compliments Fat Free Cheese Slice, Granulated Sugar, Holsum Fresh 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Mustard, Nabisco Chips Ahoy! Chewy Granola Bars - 100 Calorie Packs. Dinner:  Maple Leaf Weiner, Stroehmann Sunbeam Hot Dog Rolls. Snacks/Other:  Greek Salad.
