Fat: 86.40g | Prot: 92.28g | Carb: 281.32g.   Breakfast:  coffee black, coffee black, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), Sugar, Sugar. Lunch:  2X Compliments Black Forest Ham Slices, Compliments Fat Free Cheese Slice, Holsum Fresh 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Mustard. Dinner:  Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Becel Light Margarine, Green String Beans, Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun. Snacks/Other:  Ben's Holsum Fresh 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Bon Appetit Cream Cheese Cake, Jam Preserves, Kraft Light Smooth Peanut Butter, Tim Hortons Chocolate Chip Cookies.
