Fat: 86.40g | Prot: 92.28g | Carb: 281.32g.   Breakfast:  Sugar, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), coffee black, Sugar, Milk (1% Lowfat with Added Vitamin A), coffee black. Lunch:  Mustard, 2X Compliments Black Forest Ham Slices, Holsum Fresh 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Compliments Fat Free Cheese Slice. Dinner:  Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun, Baked Potato (Peel Eaten), Green String Beans, Becel Light Margarine. Snacks/Other:  Tim Hortons Chocolate Chip Cookies, Bon Appetit Cream Cheese Cake, Ben's Holsum Fresh 100% Whole Wheat Bread, Kraft Light Smooth Peanut Butter, Jam Preserves.
