Lunch:  Pompeian Red Wine Vinegar, Kikkoman Less Sodium Soy Sauce, Honey, Onions, Publix Green Bell Pepper, Red Sweet Pepper, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Beef Flank (Lean Only, Trimmed to 0" Fat). Dinner:  Marco's Pizza Veggie Sub, Navidul Serrano Ham, Beer. Snacks/Other:  Pineapple, Strawberries, Blueberries, Red Bull Red Bull Sugar Free (8 oz), Coffee, So Delicious Coconut Milk Creamer - French Vanilla, Nonfat Frozen Yogurt, Trader Joe's Mini Milk Chocolate Peanut Butter Cups, Butterscotch or Caramel Topping, Strawberries, Dried Coconut (Flaked, Sweetened), Kroger Grated Sweetened Coconut, Krave Smoky Grilled Teriyaki Pork Jerky.
