Fat: 156.33g | Prot: 108.40g | Carb: 223.12g.   Breakfast:  Cream (Half & Half) , Sugar, Coffee (Brewed From Grounds) , Butter (Salted) , Fried Egg, Multigrain English Muffin, Nutri-Grain Whole Wheat Waffles, Peanut Butter. Lunch:  Carb Balance Tortillas, Mayonnaise, Beer Batter Fish Tenders, Draught (Can). Dinner:  Red Table Wine, Cheese Filled Manicotti, Mozzarella Cheese, Dinner Rolls, Beef Meatballs, Tiramisu. Snacks/Other:  100 Calorie Right Bites Chips Deluxe Chocolate Chip Cookies.
