Fat: 66.95g | Prot: 55.43g | Carb: 186.67g.   Breakfast: almond milk-unsweetened, grapefruit juice unsweetened, hard boiled eggs, vegetable juice-high fiber. Lunch: baby spinach, grape tomatoes, grapefruit juice unsweetened, Natural Oven Roasted Turkey Breast, romaine lettuce, whole grain tortilla wrap. Dinner: baby spinach, ceasar dressing, large black olives, romaine lettuce, small tomatoes. Snacks/Other: black olives, frozen blueberries, grape tomatoes, grapefruit juice-unsweetened, pistachios, popcorn, unsweetened almond milk.
