Lunch:  Atkins Advantage Cookies N' Creme Bar. Dinner:  Bertolli Creamy Alfredo Sauce, Cooked String Beans (from Fresh, Fat Added in Cooking), Libby's Sweet Peas, Skinless Chicken Breast.
